A Smile Makeover Helps Runway Tulsa Show Shine
On October 13, Runway Tulsa brought together some of the most promising local designers and leading designers from around the country. But it featured more than just clothes, thanks to the work of cosmetic dentist Dr. Meghan Hodges!
Lynch, a retired accountant, walked the runway following other models. She walked out to a voiceover that explained how Lynch linked her smile to fashion. “To me,” the voiceover said, “fashion is expressing yourself.” She further explained that she realized something was hindering her confidence and keeping her from expressing herself fully: her smile. To get past this, Lynch approached her dentist, Dr. Hodges. In two weeks, Dr. Hodges completed a smile makeover for Lynch, who is very happy with her new smile, “I can’t imagine a better or more beautiful accessory!”

Dr. Hodges’ practice, élan, sponsored the event and was able to feature Lynch’s results in a special “smile reveal” moment, where Dr. Hodges greeted Lynch on the runway with a bouquet.
